Era of style

In the early 60s people dressed more on the plain and conservative side. They were also really stricked on the way the women dressed in the beginning. The women dressed basically the way their husbands wanted them to dress. To me I think that's ridiculous. Men wore whatever they wanted and around that tyme was fitted suits and top hats. When president Kennedy didn't wear his hat to his inauguration it changed they way people dressed dramatically. Sales of hats dropped and they stopped wearing them. The 1st modern urban clothing came from England. Flat boots and shoes lots of black and white, and also a lot more make-up was worn and also a lot more skin was shown on the women. 1960 to 1965 it changed to more of a sleek style of clothing. Fashion will always have a reflection on our society. The late 60s liberation. The hippies were born in 1967 and originated out of San Fransisco. It was a tyme of rebellion and free spirit. Which was called "The me Decade" The beatles went to india and brought back a diffent style of clothing. the 60s was known as a trend.

!0 extra years

I feel like I've learned a lot about myself and life its self from this video. Jane started off by talking about the top 5 regrets people have before they die. Sum were I they wish they would have let themselves be happier, they wish they had the courage to express their true selves, and also wish they would have spent more time with their families. then she goes in and tell us by playing video games could have saved that. I had doubts until she broke it all down to me by telling me online computer games is a way to stay in touch with family all across the world playing video games with their children also would have been time well spent with the family also. Video game are also anti-depressants medically proven to help with anxiety and those depressed or even worst don't wanna live any more because of depression. That's where Post traumatic growth comes in hand with this it helps u find and know who u are now as a person, by having a purpose in life. Basically its the opposite of the 5 regrets. There are 4 kinds of strength 1)Physical resilience which is boosted by not sitting still 2)Mental resilience which is your will power 3)Emotional resilience self explanatory and 4)Social resilience Gratitude , shaking hands, and wanting to help each other. People that often use these 4 strengths live up to 10 years longer which changes my whole perception on life...

body language shapes who u are.....

I feel like this video was very helpful in many ways and I feel like she was an very intelligent woman. She talked about how u could make people feel a certain way by not only verbals but also body language is 80% of all communication. I didn't know just by siting a certain way in an meeting or even an interview can be a big part of succeeding. Some posture defects would be to hunch your back stay closed in and hands on neck. These make u look less powerful and indecisive of what u want. Good posture show that you actually know what u want and your dedicated to getting what u came for. Some examples sitting up straight making your body big hands behind the head just basically showing your a dominant person. Powerful people take more risks rather than sitting back and doing nothing. Testosterone is good shows power. Cortisol shows weakness and isn't good in any situation.  I also learned that tiny tweaks can make big changes. What that means is the small things your can do to help improve the way you carry yourself and look can make a very big change in how people look at you and most of all the way you look at yourself.

who what when where how

The commercial starts out with a guy that's basically baby sitting a dog for a friend of his. his friend or whoever hes dog sitting for specifically tells him in a letter not to play fetch with the dog obviously for a very good reason. So in the middle of the day the guy reads the note and decides that he really wants to disobey his orders not to do this. "Guess what he does next"? He picks up an Maxim magazine skips past the beautiful lady on the front and sees a tasty bag of Doritos so he goes and say fetch me some Doritos the dog comes back with exactly one Dorito because that's what he told him to do in the first place. Him being a man he feels obligated to more Doritos and whatever else he wants to get by telling the dog to fetch it. He eats the chip and obviously wants more so he tells the dog to fetch him a bag of Doritos, and sure enough the dog instantly fetches him a big bag of Doritos. Now the man is super excited and has an genius idea. Hes now lonely and has no one to share the big bag of chips with so he goes back to the magazine and now notices the lovely lady on the cover and thinks the dog can fetch her bare naked. So he says to the dog slowly "fetch me a bare", he didn't finish the sentence he was suppose to have said bare naked lady but the dog just heard "bare" but didn't comprehend what type of bare he was talking about. So instead of a bare naked lady he brings him a huge grizzly bear and finally finds out why the friends left the note specifically telling him not to play fetch with the dog. I think this commercial shows that people don't listen to what others ay they would rather find out for themselves and sometimes the outcome may be not worth it.
